In the centre of the city, in one of the city's famous Art Deco buildings.Purpose built Studios are stylishly modern and compliment the historic building. Thoughtfully appointed with the small touches that ensure a comfortable stay, X1 King Bed or X2 Single Beds, can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests with a 3rd accommodated on a rollaway bed only. Standard One Bedroom Apartments have been constructed in this historic Spanish Mission style building and feature high stud ceilings and matai flooring. Each One Bedroom Apartment has its own unique space and makes full use of the area provided. The kitchenettes feature a fridge and freezer to store groceries from the supermarket located just minutes away and an oven and microwave to prepare meals. A washing machine and dryer are hidden away in a storage cupboard and are ideal longer stay guests, X1 King Bed or X2 Single Beds, can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests with a 3rd accommodated on a rollaway bed only.The majority of apartments contain a combination of an oven, hotplates, microwave, fridge, glassware, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and dish washing facilities.
