Our reception is occupied from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. The hours when the reception desk is not occupied our guests are assisted by a 24 hours remote assistance (From Monday to Sunday).
Please follow the following steps to do the automated check in after the opening times of the reception:
1) Ring the interphone next to the entrance door of the hotel. The first door will be opened from a remote location. Inside you will find a check in machine called 24h check in.
2) Touch the screen of the check in machine, choose your preferred language and select the option “I have a reservation”. Enter your family name.
If you have several rooms reserved under the same name, enter your family name for the first room, add a 1 to your family name for the second room, add a 2 to your family name for the third room etc.
For example you have 3 rooms reserved under the family name MAIER. For the first room you type: MAIER, for the second room: MAIER1 and for the third room: MAIER2.
3) Insert your credit or debit card if payment is required.
4) You receive a room key which grants you access to the hotel and your room. In addition, you receive a receipt with the details of your stay and other important information.
