Each room at Park Hotell has a work desk and a private bathroom with shower. All include a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

Park’s continental breakfast is served in the dining room, which features a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. Free hot drinks like coffee, tea and chocolate is available at all times. Next to Park Hotell are five free private parking spaces, each with a parking heater (Parking is not bookable). In Luleå the parking places in the street is free between 18:00 - 09:00.

Luleå’s main shopping street, Storgatan, is only 200 metres from the hotel. The city’s culture center, Kulturens Hus, is 5 minutes’ walk away.

Park Hotell requires that the credit card holder’s name matches the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and the same credit card used for booking upon check-in.
