The hotel is situated in Štrbské Pleso which is a picturesque mountain lake and top tourist destination in High Tatras. The town centre is about 500 metres from the hotel and has restaurants, bars, pubs and a tourist information centre. There is also a bus and train station in the town. Ski slopes are about 1 km away.
