For concert goers, The Echo Arena and Convention Centre are just a 15-minute walk.

Check-in: from 3 PM until 6 PM, a late check-in is possible, however incurs an extra charge and needs to prearranged with the hotel in advance. Check in is at the reception which is situated at 136 Duke Street, Liverpool, L1 5BB (entrance is on Cornwallis Street) a 10-minute walking distance from the apartment.
Check-out: 10 am. Apartment keys can be left in the check-out post box at the property.
Reception opens daily from 9am until 6pm.

Base does not accept stag or hen parties. Such bookings will be refused entry without a refund.

3-bed apartments are located between 1st and 4th floor. 2-bed penthouse is on the 5th floor. The apartments are accessibale via stairs only. There is no lift in the building.
