Located on the west bank of the Glazne River, it is on the main road to the cabin lifts and about 100 m from the city centre, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a tourist office. Links to the public transport network are also nearby. Sofia Airport is about 150 km away.

2 apartments, 3 studios and 42 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Built in the typical Bulgarian architecture for the region, this stylish hotel provides elegant and relaxing atmoshpere to its guests. Very close to the center of Bansko, it offers a total of 47 rooms and apartments, a classical restaurant with exquisite service and rich menu of Bulgarian and European cuisine. Further facilities include: spa center, indoor pool, fitness, sauna, various massages, table tennis, beautiful summer garden with barbecue and children´s playground.

The hotel offers double rooms, suites, apartments, all comfortably furnished and equipped with satelite TV, direct phone, minibar, hairdryer, central heating and balcony.

The Spa center offers one of the biggest indoor pools in the area, kids place, fitness, sauna and differend types of massages. In addition there is solarium, jacuzzi and turkish bath at guests´disposal.

Bed and breakfast on buffet, while lunch and dinner are served a la carte. The restaurant has a cosy atmosphere and offers varied menu with Mediterranean specialties, Bulgarian cuisine and typical Bansko courses.

The sports bar offers many different cocktails while showing sports channels, and the small tennis table can be enjoyed with friends. The lobby bar provides wireless internet and serves coffee and a rich offer of cocktails and other drinks.

Guests can swim in one of the biggest pools in the region, take advantage of the fitness centre and the saunas and unwind in the Turkish bath.
