Next to Saint George's beach one of the most beautiful beaches of the island is situated the "AL MARE" rooms and studios. Located just 50m distance on foot from the centre of Naxos town and only 10 meters from the golden sandy beach of Saint George where sea lovers have the opportunity to enjoy a great variety of water sports, such as wind surfing, kite surfing, jet ski, etc. Tavernas with fresh food and fish as well as snack bars are situated on the beach.Rooms are medium in size and well maintained. White walls and tiled floors help keep them cool in the summer. They are fully equipped with fridge, A/C, TV, hair dryer and wi-fi. The studios also feature a fully equipped kitchenette. All of the rooms have balconies or verandas with panoramic view of the sea.There is a cafeteria where breakfast can be purchased.The building is situated on a cobbled side street sitting back from the beach. It is typical of those of the area, stone washed white with blue doors and shutters.The lobby is light and airy decorated in cream and white and offers some seating with the cafeteria area adjacent.This is a good value well maintained property. Ideal for those wanting to have easy access to the beach and Naxos town. Although this hotel has no pool, customers have the opportunity to visit the brand new swimming pool and enjoy the snacks or the drinks at the pool bar of Princess of Naxos Hotel.
