Facilities include an air-conditioned foyer with a 24-hour multilangual reception desk, a lift, as well as a pleasant breakfast room which proposed a buffet breakfast, without forgetting the welcome tray in the room.

The welcoming rooms each come with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower and hairdryer as well as a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, the welcome tray which offers tea/coffee facilities. Centrally controlled air conditioning and heating feature as standard.

Breakfast may be selected from a buffet each morning.

From the TGV station, take one of the buses to the city centre, along Rue de la République. Walk up this street to the Place de l'Horloge where the hotel is located (10 minutes walk). If arriving by car, it is possible to park in the Palais des Papes underground public paying car park, whose entrance is outside the hotel, next to St Benezet bridge, and the nearest exit is 30 metres from the hotel (discount on presentation of hotel bill).
