The hotel was modernised in 2022. Guests have a choice of 301 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Barcelo Castillo Club Premium is located 8 km from the airport and about 13 km from Puerto del Rosario.

The facilities include pool and children’s pool. The guests are welcome to use the facilities (restaurants, bars, pool, children’s pool, mini golf, etc.) at Barcelo Castillo Beach Resort, located about 50 m from the hotel.

The apartments are equipped with bathroom (bath/shower), hair dryer, TV, telephone, kitchenette, fridge, A/C and safe box (extra charge).

In case of choosing the option of "all inclusive":
