Please note that The Dorothy Motel is a self-service motel and there is no Front Desk. Check-in and key collection is just down the street at the Hotel Canoe and Suites, located at 600 Banff Avenue. The Guest Service Agents are available twenty-four hours a day and check-in time starts from 4:00PM.
