Visit the historical tour which was proclaimed the Constitution of 1812, near the Monument to the Courts, the Oratory of San Felipe Neri and the Museum of the Cortes. Includes: Guide to perform the check. Entrance to the Museum of the Cortes of Cadiz, San Felipe Neri Oratory and Interpretation Center "La Pepa".
