Why not do something different this holiday? Leave the crowded beaches behind, get into the saddle and ride horseback through the valleys in the south of the island, taking in the varied landscapes. Ride deep into the hidden interior of Gran Canaria -explore lush valleys, dusty tracks and peaceful forests. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced rider, this 2-hour trek will give you plenty of time to sit back and take in the island’s beautiful scenery from horseback.

After being picked up from your hotel we'll drive you to a ranch where you’ll be fitted up with a horse that suits your skills and then you’re off. Clip-clopping in convoy, you’ll ride through fragrant forests, plantations of tropical fruit and down dusty tracks, taking you well away from the beaten tourist trail. And if you dare, there’s a chance to kick on with a canter or trot, before heading back to base. Children are welcome as well if you fancy making it a family outing. This is a great opportunity to take your time and get to know the real Gran Canaria from the comfort of a saddle.




Meeting / Pick up point: Pick-up at your hotel only in Mogan, Taurito, Playa del Cura, Amadores, Puerto Rico, Playa del Ingles, Maspalomas, San Agustin and Bahia Feliz areas, between 8.10am and 9.10am.
