Savour the wonderful flavours of Australian wine on this full day tour to the McLaren Vale. A great many of Australia’s very finest wines are produced in this picturesque vale. This tour invites you to no less than five wine tastings at the best cellars around. If you are a wine lover and want to learn how to appreciate the subtleties of wine tasting, or even if you are a professional taster and want to explore Australia’s most outstanding productions, this is the tour for you.

Begin your trip into a land of fruity flavours by leaving the city far behind. After you are picked up from your hotel, the tour takes you first towards Glenelg, driving along the amazing coastal route to the Fleurieu Peninsula. This drive down the awe-inspiring mid-south coast, with its shimmering backdrop of the sapphire blue sea around the Gulf St Vincent, will get you in the romantic mood necessary to enjoy a good wine tasting.

You then arrive at the door of this tour’s first cellar. Thanks to your connoisseur guide’s wine tasting savvy, you will be taught the proper way to relish the flavours of a good wine – and these are, guaranteed, some very good wines you will taste. Continue to two more wineries before enjoying a filling lunch at a charming restaurant. Then in the afternoon, wash the meal down with three more visits to local wineries.
