The hotel is located just 15 minutes from Hearst Castle on the ocean side of Highway 1, with excellent beach access. The centre of San Simeon is around 7 minutes' drive away, and San Simeon beach is about 5 minutes' drive from the hotel. Piedras Blancas Lighthouse is some 12 minutes' away, Jade Cove around 40 minutes' drive away, and San Luis Obispo around 45 minutes' drive away.
