A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that key collection takes place at Prestigi Properties: 25, Avenida Grecia. Opening hours are as follows: Monday to Saturday from 17:00 to 19:00. Guests arriving outside opening hours or on Sundays are kindly requested to inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that keys will be placed in a specific external safe for guests arriving after 19:00. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 6 per day. Please note that bed linen and towels are included.
