Dista a sólo 30 minutos del Centro Histórico de la Capital y a 20 minutos de la Plaza de la Revolución y del aeropuerto Internacional José Martí.
Es perfecto para aquellos que buscan disfrutar de las vistas de la marina y, también, para aquellos que quieran escapar del bullicio de la ciudad, ya que se encuentra situado ligeramente al oeste del centro de la ciudad, en un lugar tranquilo, al lado del mar.
