Detalles del programa

Snowmobiling in the wilderness and playing with the snow is already an experience itself, but this safari also takes you to meet reindeer and husky dogs. You will hear information about these beautiful animals at both farms. Your day will start with a transfer by bus to the farm. Enjoy a short ride (500 m) on a reindeer farm and receive a reindeer sledge driver’s license!

Local reindeer herders will share their lifestyle insights and tell you more about the herding lifestyle, while you warm up by a crackling fire.

Next, make your way to the Alaskan Huskies where you will find these beautiful, loyal, and energetic companions. Experience the Alaskan Huskies in action on a 800m long sleigh ride.

Salmon soup lunch will be served during your visit to the farm.

After lunch, your guide will provide snowmobile training before taking off on a 1-hour-long snowmobile adventure through Arctic Circle forests.

This excursion is suited for everybody, but a driving license is required to drive a snowmobile. Children and adults without valid driver's licenses can join the safari comfortably seated on a sledge behind the snowmobile.

Once you are back from the farm visits, you will have some free time to explore Santa Claus Village. You will be able to experience the Christmas atmosphere, cross the Arctic Circle, meet Santa Claus, visit the Post office and do gift shopping. Children 4-12 years old can try mini snowmobiling for 10 minutes on our mini-track.

Your day with us will start and end at your chosen pick-up point. Please make sure to call the supplier 48 hours in advance to confirm the pick-up point and pick-up time or go to the meeting point.

Important information

Please remember to bring an original and valid driving licence (not a copy). Two people per snowmobile on a shared basis.

Groups of 3 or more must purchase a single driver supplement from the supplier. The snowmobile driver is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. Personal liability is max. 1000 euros per person/per snowmobile in the event of an accident. By taking out a 20 euros personal liability insurance before the start of the tour, you can reduce your personal liability to max. 200 euros per person/per snowmobile in the event of an accident. The insurance is personal and valid for one snowmobile experience.

Children 0-14 years old must be seated in a sledge behind the guide’s snowmobile. We recommend one of the parents to sit with a small child in the sledge for the child’s safety.

We offer the children 5-12 years 10 minutes free of charge mini-snowmobile ride in our mini-snowmobile track behind the backyard.

If a child over 140 cm wishes to sit in a snowmobile as a passenger, a full adult price will be charged (according to availability).
