Have you always dreamed of mixing specialities from different countries? Do you want to impress your future guests with products they have never heard of?
Come and participate in the fusion cooking workshop (Latin America and France) with Samir, a chef with more than 25 years of experience.
Within a Latino-style restaurant chain centred on Chile, Argentina and Peru, the group of the day will prepare a complete menu consisting of a starter, main course and dessert. The latter will incorporate tropical and exotic products into local specialities such as Bouillabaisse marseillaise, which will be transformed into caldillo de congrio, a conger stock with manioc, squash, a little coriander and red onion. Saffron rust sopapillas will accompany the dish. Then, Causa Peruana will serve as an appetizer with its purple olive sauce. To finish off beautifully, the chef offers churros with a Dulce de leche cream. The chef, who has been passionate about cooking since he was a child, welcomes you with his twenty-five years of experience for a few hours, in order to transmit to you a know-how and culinary knowledge that takes its essence from the other side of the world!
