We will start at the market to shop all the fresh ingredients. In the kitchen you will be instructed by a cooker about the prehispanic and culinary techniques and also about the ingredients.
You will prepare sauce, tortillas and a principal dish; it could be traditional black mole or delicious red mole.
This class is an opportunity to learn how to do Oaxaca dishes at home, when your visit in Oaxaca has finished.
It is an interactive and fun class. For a better learn the class is limited to 10 people.
You don’t have to worry about food because you will make it by yourself.
Meeting/pick-up point: Pick up at the hotel lobby.
Duration: 5 hours.
Start/opening time: At 9am.
End/closing time: At 2pm.
