As well as being a large city full of shopping malls and entertainment venues, Antalya boasts two long beaches but they are at some distance from each other. This trip is an opportunity to enjoy sunny days relaxing on the beach and cooling off in the aquamarine waters of the Mediterranean Sea.



The day begins at Konyaalti Beach, which is the city’s most popular beach for the local inhabitants, being a wide, pebble and rough sand beach stretching 7km to the west of Antalya towards the Beydaglar Mountains. A couple of hours’ free time is given here to enjoy the beach and if you choose, the beach park which has a range of facilities including eateries, showers, umbrellas and sunbeds (local charge).



At mid-day the tour moves on to Lara Beach which is located to the east of Antalya and stretches for 10km with a shallow sea and dark sand and small pebbles. At the beginning of the beach is an area belonging to the municipality and providing services including sunbed and umbrella rental and snack facilities; further on there are a number of beach clubs where you can relax on a sunbed and enjoy the amenities provided which will also cater for anything else you need for a relaxing day at the beach.
