Istria is the largest peninsula in the Adriatic Sea. The peninsula is located at the head of the Adriatic between Golf of Trieste and Kvarner Gulf and it is shared by three countries: Italy, Slovenia and Croatia. The Mediterranean clime with allot of sunny days helps to produce some very good wines and olive oils. We will be able to taste some of them: Refošk and Malvazija will be for sure in your glasses.

The tour starts from hotel in Portorož. The first goal will be reached one of best Slovenian winery and taste some local wines. And after it the road will procced in Croatian part of Istria were we will have the opportunity to taste some other wines and olive oils. In the late afternoon we will take the road back to Portorož.


Istria is peninsula with their specific vegetation and nice position at the head of Adriatic. The taste of its olive oil and typical wine will make this experience even stronger.
