Known as the “Venice of the North”, Bruges is one of the most visited medieval cities in Europe with 4 million tourists per year. With this full day tour you can enjoy a guided tour of the city in Spanish.
At 8:30am we pick you up from the centre of Brussels and make our way to the city of Bruges, located about 100km northeast of the capital, and just 15km away from the North Sea. Discover the charm of the Venice of the North and why the historical centre is a prominent Unesco World Heritage Site.
During the tour we see: the Lake of Love, the Béguinage founded in 1245, Walplein Square, Stoofstraat, Dijver Canal, Old St. John's Hospital, Church of Our Lady, Gruuthusemuseum, Rozenhoedkaai, Burg Square and the Gothic City Hall, Basilica of the Holy Blood, Market Square and Saint Salvator's Cathedral.
After the tour, you have four hours of free time to spend as you wish in the city. Try some exquisite chocolate and see the famous lace shops before returning to Brussels.
Meeting/pick-up point: Main door of Central Station, opposite the Hilton Hotel.
