Cape Tribulation is located within the Daintree National Park and is renowned as “where the oldest rainforest in the world meets the Great Barrier Reef”. Travel to this Wet Tropics World Heritage area in small, personalised groups, with guided walks and guaranteed wildlife spotting. Journey to Port Douglas via the “Great Barrier Reef Drive”, one of Australia’s most scenic coastal drives. Explore the Wildlife Habitat, Australia’s leading wildlife experience, on a guided tour. See the endangered cassowary along with other wildlife, with the opportunity to hand-feed kangaroos and wallabies, and have your picture taken with a koala, snake, or crocodile (extra cost).



Cross the Daintree River on a cable-driven ferry. Travel along the rainforest-fringed Cape Tribulation Road through Daintree National Park, a magnificent wilderness region. Arrive at Cape Tribulation and enjoy lunch at a picturesque setting. Stroll along the beach with spectacular views of this iconic World Heritage Listed site, then join a Guided Rainforest Walk with great photo opportunities. Stop at Alexandra Lookout for magnificent views, then spot crocodiles, birds and other wildlife as you journey through the mangroves on a Daintree River Cruise before returning to your Cairns or Port Douglas accommodation.
