Having a cozy gala dinner with your family and friends, spending a romantic time together with your beloved partner, seeing the sights of the Hungarian capital in beautiful, illuminated display, dancing to splendid salon music or throwing a crazy party after midnight? Why not do all of it in the same place!
Enjoy a complete “from evening to dawn” program, with magnificent 5 course gala dinner, unlimited drink consumption, raffle games and much more! The program created exactly for people looking to spend New Year’s Eve in a festive environment with a multicultural crowd. Watch a Folklore Performance on the ship while cruising on the Danube, listen to the amazing salon music during the evening and dance to the live DJ show until dawn if you feel like it. You do not need to worry about getting home; transfer from the ship to your accommodation is included in the price!

Gala Dinner Menu Options
A. Red meat option
Cold appetizer - Truffle and duck liver pathé served with homemade smoked duck breast, pumpkin with ginger and peanuts with coriander.
Soup - Lobster cream soup with marasmius and lobster pudding served with chili oil.
Main course - Beef tenderloin baked in a Sichuan pepper coat served with rib of piggy marinated in champagne, beet root pie and potato Royal flavoured with rosemary.
Dessert - Chocolate tart with citrus-white chocolate foam and canelloni with rum and chestnut.
B. Poultry option
Cold appetizer - Truffle and duck liver pathé served with homemade smoked duck breast, pumpkin with ginger and peanuts with coriander.
Soup - Easy cleared goulash soup with vegetables.
Main Course - Chicken breast stuffed with spicy butter which is flavored with sage and fine herbs, served with steamed broccoli and potato Royal touched with rosemary.
Dessert - Chocolate tart with citrus-white chocolate foam and canelloni with rum and chestnut.
C. Vegetarian option
Cold appetizer - Mozzarella from mountain Bükk marinated in truffle oil, served with peanuts with coriander and pumpkin with ginger
Soup - Parsley root cream soup with artichokes pudding and shitakee mushroom
Main Course -Tofu baked in Sichuan pepper coat, served with goat cheese which is baked in celery coat, beet root pie and potato Royal served with rosemary
Dessert - Chocolate tart with citrus-white chocolate foam and canelloni with rum and chestnut.
