Walk along the less touristic streets of Florence. Visit the central city market with its colorful stalls and traders. You’ll taste cheeses and sausages, tuscan wines, balsamic vinegar and olive oil, as well as the real Tuscan recipes (do not forget to take notes!). The real introduction to Italian cuisine in the heart of Florence!
