This exciting day begins with a visit of a bee farm in the village of Koshariza. Taste some honey, honey brandy and honey wine. Hidden in the mountains, the village of Erkech will reveal to you the way of living away from the noise of the big cities. Enjoy a donkey cart trip to your first stop in the village - the house with the Wool-Carding Machine, where your hosts will demonstrate the rattling mechanism of this charming, age-old tool. After that the trip will lead you to restaurant “Kladeneca”. In its yard you will see the ethnographic exhibition and get acquainted with an original authentic water mill and an anvil. Visiting a distiller you will have the opportunity to taste the most popular alcoholic drink of Bulgaria - the brandy. Cooking contest for “best banitsa” will be organized. Have a tasty lunch before heading back to your hotel!
