Te Au Moana, the ocean tide, brings to life the epic odyssey of Maui and the intrinsic skills shared amongst all Polynesians. A constant among the vast generations of Hawaiians and Polynesians is the ocean tide. The tide linking all of Oceania, Te Au Moana; shares the ancestral storytelling of the people of Maui and the Pacific through lavish songs and dances. We invite you to enjoy an extraordinary luau experience like no other.

The Polyneisans held great knowledge of the earth and its life giving elements. Their expert skills of fishing, gathering, gift giving, romance; tapa making are brilliantly demonstrated and shared at Maui's newest luau experience.


Opening days/period: Open Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Duration: Between 3.5 - 4 hours.

Show times: Shows start at 4.30pm.

Not included: Welcome drinks, photo opportunity, ancient Hawaiian games, Polynesian artisans, flower lei greeting (based on availability; if no flower leis available, a wooden hook or turtle necklace will be given), imu unearthing, Hawaiian music, Hawaiian crafts, Traditional Hawaiian luau buffet, open bar, and Tihati Production’s presentation of “Te Au Moana.
