On your 1st stop visit Koyna Dam and enjoy boating on Shivsagar Lake. Also embark on a Jeep Safari in Koyna Wildlife Sanctuary a natural World Heritage Site. Then head to Kolhapur to visit old temple, palaces & museum in the city. On the way to Goa visit Belgaum Fort believed to have been built by the rulers of Ratt Dynasty in 1204 AD and an ancient temple. In Goa to visit the old Portuguese colonial churches, temples and beaches. At the end we will drop you off at Goa airport.

Program

Day 1:
Pune - Koyna Wildlife Sanctuary (200kms)
Pick up from your hotel in Pune or Pune airport and drive to Koyna Wildlife Sanctuary check in at resort/ camp. Later visit Koyna Dam one of the most significant dams in India & Shivsagar Lake the reservoir of this dam. Enjoy boating on Shivsagar Lake.
Overnight at hotel. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 2:
Koyna Wildlife Sanctuary - Kolhapur (135kms)
Jeep Safari to explore Koyna Wildlife Sanctuary nestled in the beautiful Western Ghats. Its a known habitat of tigers, leopards, sloth bear, wild dogs, Indian gaur, wild boar, sambar deer, barking deer, mouse deer, giant squirrels & over 300 species of birds. Later drive to Kolhapur check in at hotel.

Day 3:
Kolhapur - Goa (225kms)
Visit Mahalakshmi Temple a Hindu pilgrimage site built in 7th century by Chalukya rulers & Bhavani Mandap an imposing old palace. Drive to Goa via Belgaum. Visit Belgaum Fort built in 1204 AD. Also visit Kapileshwar Temple & St. Marys Church. On arrival check in at hotel.

Day 4:
Goa
Visit Old Goa monument the Basilica of Bom Jesus a 16th century church dedicated to infant Jesus housing the tomb of St. Francis Xavier. The other Churches in the same area are St. Cathedral, Church of Our Lady of Miracles, Church of our Lady of Rosary and Nunnery of St. Monica. The Aguada Fort built by the Portuguese and a 4-storey Portuguese lighthouse. In South Goa visit Mangueshi Temple, Shanta Durga Temple & Margao the headquarters of South Goa. Drive Pass the charming beaches such as Calangute, Dona Paula, Miramar, and Baga Beach.
