In 2025, the new Aubamar Bali, a 4-star superior hotel in the heart of Playa de Palma, opens its doors after a complete refurbishment of rooms and common areas. The Aubamar Bali has 354 rooms: 264 newly renovated double rooms, many of them with spectacular views of the sea and the bay of Palma from the highest floors of the complex. Also spacious and comfortable Junior Suites with the option of a balcony or private solarium, all of them with views of the complex's pool area and inaugurated in 2021.

The guestrooms are equipped with complete bathroom (shower or bath), TV, telephone, ceiling fan, safe and a balcony.

The hotel Bali has a restaurant, a bar, swimming pool, (in winter indoor), spa (renovated in 2017) , table tennis, billiard and entertainment.

“ALL INCLUSIVE PLUS” is available at the 4* Hotel Bali, 4* Hotel Chico, 3*SUP Hotel Sofía and at the 3*SUP Orlando Apartments.
- Breakfast/Continental Buffet: until 11.00 with a varied choice of products, including wholemeal, and show cooking.
- Lunch: Hot and cold buffet with a variety of dishes, show cooking and a choice of desserts.
- Evening meal: Hot and cold buffet with show cooking where dishes are prepared "in a flash" and a themed buffet twice a week.
