Koh Lipe is a small island in the province of Satun. It is set within Tarutao National Park and is close to Langkawi Island, a major tourist attraction. Lipe Island is known as the 'Maldives of Thailand'. Crystal clear waters surround the island, and there are plenty of soft and hard coral reefs, where visitors can marvel at a huge variety of colourful fish.

The property was built in 2008 in contemporary Thai style. It is set in 12 acres of grounds right on the seafront, looking out over the Andaman Sea and is a real tropical paradise with its own relaxing gardens and a sandy beach. The resort offers the perfect environment for relaxation, nourishment and revitalization. The property comprises a total of 41 guest rooms. Facilities on offer include a lobby with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a bar, a restaurant, room and laundry services and Internet access.

The hotel offers modern rooms, attractively decorated in classic Thai style. The resort offers breakfast in the form of a buffet, while lunch and dinner may be ordered à la carte. It has its own restaurant and bar, which serve Thai and international cuisine, as well as fresh seafood, caught daily. It also offers a lovely sea view.
