Description

This hotel's surroundings, with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and Kaaiman's Gorge, demonstrate Africa's indescribable beauty. The hotel has good links to National Highway N2, making it easy to reach by car, and a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Built in 1925 and renovated in 2003, this hotel comprises a 2-storey main building and annexe, with a total of 155 rooms. Guests are welcomed in the lobby which houses a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, and a currency exchange desk. Within the hotel there is a small supermarket, several shops, a hairdressing salon, public Internet access, a TV room, and a bicycle hire and storage service. Dining options include a bar, a lounge with an open fire, and a restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. Business guests may use the conference rooms.
