More like a period residence than a hotel, Excelsior Parco dates back to 1906, when it was built as private house in elegant Liberty style on the site of an ancient Roman villa. The Roman column at the entrance of the hotel, testifies to the property's centuries old past. At the start of the 20th century is the chosen refuge of artists, intellectuals and all those looking for an exclusive hideaway. In 2006 a complete restoration and renovation transformed the building into a 4 star boutique hotel in which to experience the traditional hospitality of Capri's most elegant villas. With a total of just 11 rooms, Excelsior Parco becomes your beautiful home on the island of Capri.

Hotel Excelsior Parco is situated halfway between Marina Grande and the Piazzetta. The hotel's shuttle
service is available from 9.00am to 9pm free of charge and on request of the Guests to get to the port or
to the pedestrian area in the town uphill. In just 10 minutes it's possible reach the Port and in 15-20
minutes, the centre of Capri. Within meters of the hotel, there is a supermarket and a bus stop.
