The beach hotel is approximately a 15-minute drive from the centre. The tourist centre, Zona Dorada, the aquarium and the coastal road are all only 5 minutes away. Mazatlán airport lies around 30 minutes away by car.

500 non-smoking rooms are available to guests in a 17-storey main building and 3 auxiliary buildings. The reception desk is open round the clock.
