The family-friendly design resort is located just off the main road (A 1) leading to the city centre, which is about 2 km away, and it is next to an outdoor market. The main night market is about 2 km from the resort and can be accessed using the resort's shuttle. Public transport can be reached with a 10-minute walk. The resort is situated opposite the Big C Shopping Center and is about 8 km south of Chiang Rai Airport.

3 suites, 28 single rooms and 32 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.
