The minimum age is 16 years for treatments and to use the facilities (sauna, steam room, gym etc.). Guests under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult and are allowed to use the pool from 9:00 to 18:00.

As per Hungarian legislation in force, the hotel is obliged to record, via a document reader, upon check-in, the specific personal data of all guests (adults and children above 14 years). The hotel will not be able to accommodate guests in the absence of a valid travel document but will be entitled to charge the net amount of the total booking as a penalty for failure to do so, and the guest cannot request any compensation.
