Both blocks are sold together with the same conditions, and clients will be accommodated in either block at the discretion of the hotel., Applies for all Arrivals: <B>NOTE:</B> Refurbishment work on the property (2nd and 3rd grouping): The refurbishment of 8 flats (renovation of the interior of the flats) in Parque Santiago III located in groups 2 and 3 will be undertaken from 09/01/2024 until 09/04/2024, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 (work that may involve noise will start from 10:00). <br> <br>Located in Tower D, they will renovate the interior of about 48 flats. <br>Dates planned will be from 01.04.24 till 01.08.24 <br>They expect a medium level of noise during the first phase and low level during the rest. <br>The works will be done from Monday to Friday (09.00h – 17.00h). It will be possible to work sporadically on Saturdays to advance work (in this case, the work will not involve any noise). <br>Tower B + reception will maintain without works <br>
