It comprises a total of 263 two and three-bedroom apartments, all of them fully furnished and with all the services and facilities you need to enjoy a fantastic stay in Gran Canaria. Arguineguín Park is located in the south of Gran Canaria, in Arguineguín, where it is sunny almost 365 days a year, with an average temperature of 23ºC (73ºF).

The apartments are located in a quiet residential area just a 10-minute walk from Las Marañuelas Beach, the main beach in Arguineguín. It is also very close to Anfi del Mar and Patalavaca, two tourist areas which offer complete services: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, beaches, etc.

The apartments are distributed over 14 five-storey buildings surrounded by communal garden areas, two swimming pools, a pool bar and a children's swimming pool.

The residential area also has underground parking, a supermarket and a restaurant.

For its construction and decoration, only materials of the highest quality were used. The apartments are large and spacious and offer everything you need to feel at home. They also include large terraces so you can enjoy the open air.
