Description

This colonial-style mansion is situated at the edge of Arequipa’s centre, 7 blocks from Plaza de Armas. It provides accommodation with private balcony, free Wi-Fi and an outdoor swimming pool.

Rooms at Posada El Castillo are designed with a mix of wood. Large doors open onto the balcony providing city views. Rooms are equipped with cable TV and the private bathrooms have hot water 24/7.

A buffet breakfast is served in the on-site restaurant. For dinner, guests can easily walk into the centre of the city or use the shared barbecue facility which is set in the garden.

Facilities at El Castillo include a tour desk which organises tours to the Colca Canyon. There is a library and book exchange is available. The Posada functions as a museum where 800 year old ceramics from the pre-Inka culture are displayed.

El Castillo Posada is situated 8 km from Rodríguez Ballón International Airport and an airport shuttle is available upon request.
