One of the most traditional meals in the Serra Gaúcha is served at the Malbec Restaurant, which brings together the best ingredients of a good restaurant: quality enogastronomy, pleasant atmosphere, and exquisite service.
1st Step - Cheese Fondue: Blend of duly matured Gruyere, Emmental, and Cobocó cheeses with the addition of white wine. Accompanied by bread, broccoli, pepperoni sausage, potatoes baked with olive oil and fine herbs, and guava jam wrapped in sugar.
2nd Step - Meat fondue on stone, La Pierrat: noble cuts of ANGUS filet mignon, pork fillet, and chicken fillet, garnished with 11 varieties of sauces and farofa.
3rd Step - Chocolate and Dulce de Leche Fondue: Melted milk chocolate fondue and dulce de leche served in the traditional clay pot with seasonal fruits (05 varieties), marshmallows, churros, and tubes
Important Information
The restaurant accepts table reservations at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation time. Important: You need to contact the restaurant to make the reservation. There are options for booking times up to 7 pm. If the customer chooses to go later, he can go to the restaurant and wait for tables to be available, service will be on a first-come, first-served basis. About the reservation time, there will be a tolerance of up to 10 minutes of delay, after this period, the reservation will be disregarded and the customer will have to wait in the queue.
