The Colonial Roots Tour excites adults and children alike!
A true return to the origins of Italian colonization in the municipality of Gramado.
Continuing through the towns of Linha Nova and Linha Bonita, visitors can learn about the cultural heritage of immigrants, passed down from generation to generation until the present day. The typical architecture, hospitality, and delicious colonial coffee make this tour unforgettable tour.
On this tour, we will visit the
Centenary House, built in wood over a stone cellar (where wines, cheeses, and salami are still kept today) which tells a little about the history of Gramado and its colonizers.
The
Ervateira Marcon, where it is possible to closely follow an artisanal process of manufacturing yerba mate as the raw material for chimarrão.
The
Fioreze Museum, where Mr. Nelson Fioreze is proud to show visitors his collection of antique pieces that he has collected since he was 12 years old.
The
Caffé della Nonna, where the Foss Family welcomes visitors to their residence and offers a tasty coffee with homemade bread coming out to warm from the wood oven, delicious fruit jams, fresh butter, cheeses, salamis, cooked sausages, polenta, and much more.
To end with a golden key, lots of music and joy with animation and participation for us to sing La Bella Polenta and have fun with the family.
