Come and explore Shinagawa Aquarium for global aquatic adventure with your family where you will be transported to the mountainous streams and rivers that flow from natural freshwater sources in the heart of Japan. The aquarium exhibits 10,000 creatures representing 450 kinds of species.
The aquarium's flagship 500-ton tank is home to green sea turtles, giant rays, sea bream and many more. Other facility highlights include a 22-meter water tunnel, where visitors can be surrounded on all sides by marine life.
• Explore a total of 25 attractive corners such as the "Tunnel Aquarium”, “Sea Jewel Box”, "Shark Hall" “World of Jellyfish” and others.
• Enjoy and be amazed with different variety of performances ranging from ranging from jumping dolphins and playful seals to intelligent sea lions.
• Don't miss the daily talks “Ikimono Talk" which introduce the creatures of Shinamizu.

• Shop for some souvenirs at Marine shop “Seagull” which offers various goods related to the sea creatures and original goods of Shinagawa aquarium.
• Check surrounding attraction, Shinagawa Ward Residents' Park, a scenic park with open space and recreational facilities, surrounded with cheery trees, flowers and a man-made lake.
• Experience digging out pearls from oysters and accessorize it into a pendant or key chain to take home as a beautiful accessory (for an amount of fee).
