An immersion in the origins, visiting two of the most beautiful places in the interior of Gramado: Linha Bonita and Linha Nova. The first stop is at Olivas de Gramado Park, which offers a spectacular view of the region. The park has a plantation of more than 12 thousand olive trees of six different varieties. There you will taste olive oils and infusions produced on site, as well as visiting a small farm with small animals. In the second part of the tour, you will be welcomed with the smell of warm bread, jams, butter, salami and cheese, on a visit to Foss family. The matriarch, Dona Zulmira, and her family will welcome you to the sound of typical songs for a colonial experience.
