Northern lights Chase to Aurora Camps

With 10 years’ experience in Northern Lights tourism, our focus is on quality, comfort and ensuring our guests have a once-in-a-lifetime experience! We set off by bus from Tromsø to chase the Northern Lights. Where we head depends on the latest aurora and weather forecasts. Our experienced guides will find the best photo stop with excellent conditions and a scenic backdrop. Our guides are also professional photographers and will help you with your camera settings so you can take your own photos.



After two or more hours, we drive to one of our exclusive Aurora Camps. Our camps each have two comfortable lavvus (Sami tents), toilet facilities are located on the bus. Once we arrive to the basecamps, We divide into two smaller groups (with max. 20 guests per group), each with their own lavvu and English-speaking guide. We leave the decision of which camp we go to as late as possible so we can see where the Northern Lights are dancing.



We will serve hot drinks and serve warm stew with fishcakes or sausages over an open fire. Warm winter clothes and tripods are available. We will cater for dietary requirements upon request.



Of course, we can’t offer any guarantees since the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, but we promise to use all our experience to maximize our chances of a successful chase!
