With its characteristic narrow streets, a perfectly preserved historic center, and a medieval castle with lake views, Bracciano is a city not to be overlooked in the Lazio region. Set amid the lush nature of Lake Bracciano, a walk through its streets is a pleasure thanks to the magnificent views that the city offers. The Orsini-Odescalchi castle is certainly a must-see attraction. The rooms are furnished with typical furniture from the time and the castle hosts an interesting museum of medieval armor. The highlight of Bracciano, however, is probably its breathtaking views, do not miss the view from the Sentinel Belvedere or the Church of Santa Maria del Riposo.



The next stop on our excursion is Trevignano, a beautiful town settled on the lake. The impressive Orsini fortress, overlooking the lake, will take you back in time with its incredible view of the gulf. Walking through the streets of this ancient Etruscan settlement, will allow you to immerse yourself in the unspoiled atmosphere of the Etruscan times.
