Cooking Workshop with an Exceptional Chef in Avignon

The classes meet at 9am at my restaurant Cuisine Centr'Halles inside Les Halles of Avignon. We begin by venturing into the market to create our menu, see what's freshest and to shop for our ingredients. Along the way we'll have a couple of tastings at my favorite purveyors and discuss the local Provencal specialties.



We then return to my kitchen and begin preparing our meal. I then serve our preparations for lunch along with wine, water and coffee included and the entire event comes to an end by 1:30pm. Generally we prepare a Provencal aperitif, main course and dessert.
