With more than 30 years of experience, this flamenco tablao has achieved entertainment perfection. The night’s pleasures are innumerable: from a fiery flamenco show to a traditional gypsy fiesta, you will certainly fall in love with all things Spanish. All of this while you sit in the somewhat eerie atmosphere of the catacombs of Sacromonte Abbey, for Cuevas Los Tarantos set up shop in the stones of these tombs.
While the flamenco show unfolds before you, you will be served a selection of the finest Spanish cuisine. For starters, you can choose from a variety of exotic salads, Alpujarra sausages or even, if you want to go traditional all the way, an Andalusian Gazpacho – a cold, spicy tomato soup. The main dishes include hake, swordfish, sirloin with Roquefort or steak with Porto Nazari sauce; you’ll be spoiled for choice. Wash all these scrumptious courses down with some fine Spanish wine or sangria and top it off with a sweet dessert.
As for the show, what Cuevas Los Tarantos brings to you is a traditional gypsy Zambra, the word they use for a fiesta. See the very essence of flamenco pays tribute to its most ancient roots.
