Program details
An exciting night photo opportunity around and above Manhattan. Pick up at the designated hotels (18:30 Jolly or 19:00 Sheraton New York). After a brief stop to admire the lights of Times Square we drive along the West Side H'way to the southern tip of Manhattan. We board the Staten Island Ferry, a free service offered by the City of New York since 1905. From the Ferry we will admire the Statue of Liberty and the City Financial District. We reach Staten Island where Antonio Meucci, the inventor of the telephone, and Giuseppe Garibaldi, the famed general, called the Hero of Two Worlds, lived.
We drive through Fox Hill then cross the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge and arrive to Brooklyn. A quick visit of affluent residential Brooklyn Heights, the Promenade –a pedestrian walkaway over Expressway 278- and the Barge where we stop to photograph the amazing skyline of New York. We return across the Brooklyn Bridge or Manhattan Bridge (depending on traffic and vehicle used).
Last stop at Rockefeller Center Top of the Rock where we provide tickets for the Observation Deck. Return to the hotel at leisure. Top of the Rock tickets can be used in other days if desired however are not refundable if not used.
