Program details
Your driver will pick you up from your hotel at 8am (after breakfast), you will be transferred to Udawala National Park, where you will be met and taken by our Safari Organizers on a half-day tour of the National Park. The Park is a beautiful location to see elephants in the wild along with many other animals such as deer, bear, crocs and many birds. You will be taken for lunch at a local restaurant where you can enjoy a lovely Sri Lankan meal. You will also visit the elephant transit point (commonly known as the elephant orphanage) which is the location where elephants are re-habilitated and sent back to the wild. Once done your driver will transfer you back to the hotel where your days adventure will end.
