Program details
Following an expert, the secrets for making handmade ice cream using quality ingredients and putting in practice the principal ideas will be revealed to the participants.The participants learn the activities involved in pizza making, the creation and the working of the dough.They have the chance to learn all the types of flour, the amount of ingredients, the manipulation of the dough, and the products used for making the sauce.Following the lesson, the participants partake in the sampling of the pizza, ice cream, and sorbet.
