Cruise to the island of Delos in the company of a qualified guide to explore the birthplace of Apollo and Artemis. An island completely devoted to archaeological remains, history comes alive with every step. During classical times, Delos was the centre of trade, politics and religion and is now completely uninhabited and one of the most important archeological sites in the eastern Mediterranean.


With the help your guide, visit the remains of the temple of Apollo, the sanctuary of Artemis, the ancient city, the theatre and stroll through the Avenue of Lions. The museum also exhibits classical sculptures, both Hellenic and Roman, as well as storage vessels and home appliances from the era. This is a fascinating half day excursion to an island replete with history and legends.
